1. Services

promptparrot.net provides prompt sharing, editing, management, and copying services. The Company reserves the right to update features or impose usage limits on free accounts at any time.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• You agree to pay the subscription fees as displayed on the Site.
• All payment processing is handled by third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe). The Company does not store your credit card information.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel through your account settings before the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy — Important

• Digital Content Nature: Given that prompts and digital tools are "immediately consumed" and "non-returnable," all paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate charges caused by system failure.
  • The Site is unable to provide services for more than 72 hours.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued for fees already paid.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

• User Creations: You retain copyright over the prompts you create on the Site, but you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and promote such content.
• Prohibited Content: Uploading content that contains pornography, violence, hate speech, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

• No AI Output Guarantee: The effectiveness of prompts depends on third-party AI models (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.). The Company does not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results across all models.
• Service Interruptions: The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for any data loss or business loss resulting from technical failures.

6. Account Termination

If a user violates these Terms (such as malicious data scraping, abuse of the one-click copy feature, etc.), the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

8. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: This Site collects your email address, display name, and usage data (such as prompt content, favorite records, copy counts) through Firebase, solely for the purpose of providing services and improving user experience.
• Payment Information: All payment information is processed directly by Stripe. The Company does not collect or store any credit card numbers or bank account details.
• Data Security: All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS and stored on Firebase, following Google Cloud security standards.
• Cookies and Advertising: This Site may use Google AdSense and Google Analytics, which may use cookies to collect browsing data for displaying personalized advertisements. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

• Data Retention: If you delete your account, we will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days. Publicly published prompt content you created may be retained for use by other users.
